One of the most challenging parts I have made is an aluminum 16in BMW inspired wheel. This wheel was made by using  the revolve method, followed by a mirror method, and finally a circular pattern for the spokes. Another circular pattern was used for the lug nut holes. Fillets were created on the inside of each spoke, to eliminate rough edges.
